Unlike a consultant I don’t gather information and then come back with answers, rather I work collaboratively with you as a strategic thought partner to develop or strengthen your plans and your team. This creates sustainable growth and capacity building within your organization, rather than a band-aid solution with an expiration date.

  • We have an intro conversation to get to know one another, discuss your goals and determine if we’re a good fit (I always recommend people speak to multiple coaches before making a decision).

  • We identify the frequency and type of partnership that works best for you and key goals. We customize a plan that best meets the needs of your organization and identify the right members of your team for me to support.

  • You (or members of your team) come to each of our conversations with the questions and information about the priorities we have identified and and I provide the questions, feedback and process to ensure you leave with new insights and ideas to implement.

  • We assess progress in an ongoing fashion to ensure you’re getting the results you seek.
